Rising Star Sports provides a subscription service for use by individual subscribers only. Your subscription remains active for the period of your subscription or until you contact Rising Star Sports in writing and cancel your services. All cancellations take affect the first week you do not receive our service and refunds are on prorated bases. An individual subscriber is not permitted to provide his/her user name and password to any other individuals or entities. Our refund policy is as follows:

Any service you purchase through Rising Star Sports carries the refund policy that we have honored for the past 22 years... If you are dissatisfied with any service you purchase from Rising Star we will gladly refund your subscription price on a prorated bases minus any transaction costs incurred. There is no transaction cost on bank transfers, personal checks, money orders or cashier checks. Our current transaction cost on credit card purchases is 5.0% of the original purchase.

Rising Star Sports shall use its best judgment in the collection of its information. However, Rising Star Sports makes no representation or warranty concerning the accuracy or adequacy of the information provided. The individual subscriber shall indemnify and hold Rising Star Sports harmless from and against any and all liability and expenses alleging damages for reliance upon said information.

Individual subscribers shall be responsible for telephone charges to access the service. Because of the nature of the Internet, access from a particular location cannot be guaranteed. The subscriber agrees that Rising Star Sports will do its best to maintain available access to its site. However, subscriber agrees that Rising Star Sports cannot guarantee that access will be available at all times due to Internet traffic, Internet service provider access, unexpected computer failures or any other reasons which could cause access to the site to be temporarily unavailable. Rising Star Sports will not provide any credits for service access if the site is not accessible.
