Return Policy
Any service you purchase through Rising Star Sports carries the refund policy that we have honored for the past 16 years... If you are dissatisfied with any ser vice you purchase from Rising Star we will gladly refund your subscription price on a prorated bases minus any transaction costs incurred.
There are no transaction costs on bank transfers, personal checks, money orders
or cashier checks. Our current transaction cost on credit card/Pay Pal purchases is 5.0% of the original purchase.
Example prorated refund... If you purchased the full season (21 weeks) of NFL for $490 on Pay Pal and cancelled after 10 weeks, your refund would be:
($490 / 21 weeks) X 11 weeks remaining = $256.67
Then $256.67 minus $24.50 (transaction cost of $490 X .05) = $232 refund.
Note: Your refund would be $257 if there wasn't a transaction cost.
Has my subscription been setup? When your subscription is setup you should receive a confirmation by email. Your confirmation email includes instructions on how to login to the membership website.
My confirmation email never arrived. Your confirmation email should be received within 24 hours from your order date. If you do not receive your confirmation email within this period, please contact us at support@RisingStarSports.com, be sure to include your name, date of order and order confirmation number.
Billing & Credit Card Charges
- Your confirmation shall serve as your invoice for membership purchases made on the website. Please print your confirmation and save the email as a permanent record of your purchase.
- Charges will appear on your credit card statement under "Pay Pal Rising Star"
